There are many deficits that contribute to fibromyalgia pain. A significant one for me is low vitamin B-12, which my doctor discovered because I have high homocysteine levels. Has anyone tried this method of B-12 intake? I would appreciate any feedback and suggestions. I’ve also been taking sub-lingual B-12, which is supposed to absorb more efficiently than a pill or capsule.
